7-Day Inspection Period

Under Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, you have a 7-day cooling-off period after receiving your product, during which you may request a return without stating a reason.

Important: The inspection period is a "reasonable period for examining the product," not a trial period. Products should remain in new, unopened condition. Please do not open or use the product before requesting a return, as this may affect your return rights.

Return Process

    Contact Us

    Within 7 days of receiving your product, call 0972-619-391 or email qdbzdt2846@gmail.com with your order number, return items, and reason.

    Return Eligibility Confirmation

    We will confirm your return eligibility and arrange the return process within 2 business days.

    Ship the Product Back

    Please return the product with its original packaging, any gifts, and the invoice. Return shipping is paid by the customer; if the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly, we will cover the shipping cost.

    Return Confirmation

    After we receive and verify the returned product, we will arrange a refund within 3 business days.

Refund Methods

Credit Card Payment

Refunds will be returned to the original credit card account. Processing takes approximately 7–14 business days depending on your bank.

Cash on Delivery

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details (bank name, branch, account number, account holder). Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after return confirmation.

Return Exceptions

Under Article 19, Paragraph 2 of the Consumer Protection Act, the 7-day inspection period does not apply in the following cases:

  • Product has been opened (tea and food products cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene and safety concerns)
  • Product is damaged, soiled, or missing parts due to non-defect-related causes
  • The 7-day inspection period has expired
  • Product has deteriorated or been damaged due to improper use or storage
  • Product has been used or tried
  • Custom or personalized products
Special Note: Wu Jue Tea products are agricultural food products. To maintain food safety and hygiene, tea products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened. Please evaluate carefully before purchasing. If you notice packaging damage or obvious defects upon delivery, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
